The wild dog that have been in the care boma at Tuli Safari Lodge were released in April 2019 after Dr Erik Verreynne darted and removed the female’s collar.
All five dogs were given antibiotics, B vitamins and Rabisin and were up and moving about 30 minutes after all procedures were completed. Erik said “The dogs are in a good working condition”.
The dogs moved off in a North-Easterly direction. We hope that they are successful and all going well will also meet up with other dogs in the region.
